Bhí lá den scoth ag lucht liathróid láimhe na scoile le déanaí. Thaistil siad go Conna i gCo. Chorcaí áit a d’imir siad raidhse cluiche in aghaidh mhuintir na háite ansin. Bhí an dá fhoireann ar fheabhas agus bhí sárchaighdeán sna cluichí go léir.

Bhí muintir Chonna chomh tógtha sin le hiompar agus le scileanna phaistí na Modhscoile is gur thug siad cuireadh dúinn teacht ar ais ar bhonn bliantúil.

Míle buíochas le Club Liathróid Láimhe Chonna as an gcuireadh agus as an lá iontach a thug siad dúinn.

The school handball players recently had a great day out! They travelled to Conna in Co. Cork where they played in a blitz against some local players. The two teams were both excellent and there was a very high standard evident in all games.

The people of Conna were so impressed with both the skills level and behaviour of the Modhscoil pupils that they have invited us to return on an annual basis.
