The November event was very popular with over 1,200 athletes taking part this year and upwards of 120 for each category. The overall results for the school were impressive with the girls taking 1 individual gold medal (Yanna Leahy) and the boys taking 2 gold and 1 silver medal (Jed O’Dwyer, Vince Harrington and Alan McCutcheon).

Many athletes who did not come home with individual medals all played their part in scoring vital points in the team events. Of the 10 teams that we entered, 4 of those teams took gold, 3 took silver and 1 took bronze. In the overall school results, we came 2^nd in the girls and boys event. This demonstrates the overall level of fitness of children in the school.
